The documentary Last Words directed by Erik Lieshout, Arno Hagers and Reinier van Brummelen. Bonanza Films was in charge of the production. The film shows Michel Houellebecq while he is translating his last book �The Possibility of an Island� into images. Iggy has claimed that he composed all the Fun House tracks except for the riff for �TV Eye,� �I wrote that record almost entirely on my own. hey i need advice, easyaction is sold out of the 4CD boxset 1977, i dunno whether its the fact that if i dont buy it now ill never get it, or end up paying too much for it years later on ebay or something, but i duno should i get it?

its on amazon still but they say theres only like two left in stock, i have the hippodrome gig anyway, and its one of my faovurite iggy CDs, so i guess it would make sense to get it for that as its better quality rite?

and i'd like to hear those alternate ...

Iggy & The Stooges tonight's private gig was in a small nightclub called Le Showcase. Very fancy shitty place located under the most famous parisian bridge, Le pont Alexandre III. Almost 2 000 guests were there to celebrate Converse 100th b-day but many of them did not give a **** about it and where there for THE gig.

Short gig, straight to point but intense as Iggy like it (they only had a 45 minutes slot) with lots of water pouring and a tiny but angry mosh pit.

Has it been discussed here that the widely believed Iggy-JW tapes (w. the 60s covers, Dylan, Small Faces, etc) of Iggy singing to gtr accompaniment is NOT JW on gtr. My guess is that it's one of the guys they drafted in to replace JW (temporarily) in 1973. It is not JW, confirmed by himself and pretty obvious when comparing his style to that of the gtrist on the tape(s). Any comments?

Has "Big Time Bum" been discussed on this forum? It was mentioned being part of the Stooges' early 1970 repertoire, possibly being considered for FH. Anybody heard it?

The Stooges replaced album tunes one by one and I don't think they played much of the 1st album towards the end of 1969. That's why I think "Dog Food" could very well have been a short-lived set inclusion. It's not that all great a song, so I'm sure it was replaced by the FH tunes as they started appearing ...
