Dunno why it isn't released (and hell yeah it should be!)
but
THE BOOKS Bow Down r sayin that there is a 60 min tape of good quality...and givin a pretty precise idea of the setlist..sayin; "the Lust For Life '77 tour started with a fairly fixed repertoire. (page 100 in 'The Complete Iggy Pop') + info in The Wild one; Audio Tapes (page 116). You can read that during the Lust for Life' tour '77 at the L' Hippodrome, Paris (2 days earlier than the Apollo Manchester gig) the setlist was:

Sixteen - Lust For life - The Passenger - I Got a Right - Neighbourhood Threat - Fall in Love With Me - Nightclubbing - Raw Power - Jenny Take A Ride/CC Rider - Success - That's How Strong My Love Is - I Wanna Be Your Dog + The Complete Iggy Pop (excellent book for song info) says that 'Shake Appeal' received it's live debut during that tour.

So assume that were the songs played at the Apollo cyclops

by the way..think that these 2 video recordings (Passenger and Lust For Life) were made during 2 different Apollo Manchester gigs in '77. There was one 4 May '77 the other 25 Sept '77..that'll explain the one with the horse tail and the other without Very Happy

Wow... two shows!... wish they both could be released on DVD, maybe there's exists some other good quality shows from the early days???!!!! Very Happy That would be great... must say that live thing from San Fran in 81 or what it is, is quite bad (in quality that is).

I have this footage... but its better quality... and alittle bit longer... and no copy right thing... its on dvd with some short 73 film clips and delta pop stuff
