| Great venue, Pimlico Racetrack: 2 main stages and a dance tent, great sound (altho I think the Foos audio guy may be treble deaf) full bars, shade tents, mist tents, all manner of food. ATMs. An organized mosh pit center stage where security caught ya -- many repeated it thruout the sets. Cursory check at the gate, no wanding, videocam in!
Was front line from 2 bands before the Stooges. The new gear sounds GREAT! Watt is using a 1969ish Gibson Les Paul professional bass given to him by Adam Yauch of the Beastie boys -- studio bass, very heavy and w/low impedance pickups, and as mentioned by others Ron, a black Flying V (sounded so crisp! don't know if he had all the pedals he's usually got, Marshal amps) Scott same setup only gold instead of silver. Security wouldn't let anyone onstage, consequently Iggy came down into the crowd for at least half the set! he was extemely loose, athletic, humped the Marshalls, not limping at all. I brought them a First Aid kit but didn't need to use it;)
Setlist:
Loose 1969 TV Eye Real Cool Time No Fun 1970 Blanked on this -- the song with "alright" in it constantly -- refesh me memory? Dog (I think that's where it was -- always lose it during that one Mindroom Skull Ring Search My Idea of Fun I Got a Right
Encore Electric Chair
Everyone swallowed their pride and did encores without much crowd noise demand, except NIN, who's folks demanded it loudly.

| Thnx!!! Smashing photo Cathy!!!!
Sounds good about the sound and gear...
Do you mean 'Funhouse' (setlist)...with the constant "alright"? cuz in '1970' he sings much more "I feel alright"
I'm curious; were they pogo-ing in front there?
