Ny show last night.. great fun.

Got to the show last night, after some pushing & shoving managed to get into 2nd row in front of Ron & 1st row against barricade for encore. Cool place, big open space, 3 floors so not too badly jammed. Not sold out show, either.
Watt was using a Gibson Les Paul shaped Bass, while Ronnie had a black flying V with lightning bolts on it. Iggy got everybody onstage of course, and one of the crazier audiences, about 75-100 onstage for 2 songs. Yes he did Search & I got a right. Also added Fried as the 4th song in the encore after double Dog, security thought Dog was it, so I guess Jimmy called an audible:) Iggy was limping a bit, but seemed really in good spirits.

I knew I shoulda written down the setlist! My friend recorded it so hopefully one day soon I'll have it, but he's damn slow:)
Pretty much the standard fare, no Dirt. Really glad to see them play Search & Destroy. Crowd was really strange, listened to the guy behind me explain how Iggy was really made of leather & if you cut him air would come out. I actually thought his skin looked better than the last time I saw him, but he also has a bit of a belly now so it helped fill in the creases!! The band looked real into it, and seemed to be having a good time, even looked like Ron almost cracked a smile once or twice. Iggy is the only performer that I'll deal with the pit situation, and it's always worth it to get a smile or a line crooned to ya by Iggy. Even though he's older, he still gives it his all. He's actually a better & much more engaging performer now than in the bad days of the early 80s when I saw him the most.

Mindless, your firned audio recorded the whole thing ??? would it be possible to post it on dimeadozen or somehow ?? I would kill to hear it, it would be a real great memory !
