How can I get the music (Gimme Danger, or Search and Destroy) from the Stooges for a marching band ?

I need peaces for every instrument.

Such as:
Flute-piccolo
First, second, and third Clarinet
Alto sax
Tenor sax
First, second and third Trumpet
First, second, and third Trombone
Bass clef
Treble clef for baritone
Tuba
Air drums, bass drums, toms, and symbols.
bass Clarinet

Thanks, Andrew Smile

Whoa! Seriously??
Can't help with the music I'm afraid, but if you do get a marching band to play "Search and Destroy" you really must let us hear it!

Quite some years ago I came across some Stooges tunes arranged for a sort of brass band (and they were actually pretty good) - but I don't seem to have those music files anymore.

Cheers,
Richard

Yeah, I could get a marching band to play a Stooges song.
But it would have to be Search and Destroy, or Gimme Danger.

I just need the music for the band, but I couldn't fined nothing for it Sad

Can anyone else help me out?

thanks, Andrew Smile

Funboy, google "folios" or "tablature" alongside these song titles. That's how the marching band sheet music was referred to back in the day when I did art for them. We put out one on punk rock in the 70s and got lots of feedback from high schoolers grateful for something they liked for a change. My last suggestion would be to contact the Stanford University Marching Band, currently the most subversive and transgressive on the marching band circuit who still do things like this and worse! (Apocrypha from a member in the 80s/90s: For the Notre Dame game, a cover of Madonna's Like A Virgin with band marching in formation to penetrate a band-formed condom.)
