Scott Asheton is forever. So true. And so true for Ron, and Dave too.

Yes, and although it's so sad that they're all gone from here, it'd be nice to imagine they're having a reunion somewhere making the best sounds ever once more.

It's true, they're forever. After all these were the three guys who made the seminal albums with Iggy and they are all 3 forever and ever. The awesome work the Ashetons did with James is something else and Raw Power is a masterpiece of course but the two Stooges albums made by Dave and Ron and Scott and Iggy are monumental and ground-breaking works. All the live adventures of the post-London line-up sometimes seem to shade the achievements of the original band which are the product of the foursome who started from zero, changed the world (for the lucky few) and laid the foundation for all that followed. Dave died so long ago, but his work will live forever along with the equally influential and inspiring work of Ron and Scott. The three of them were lucky to have Iggy, and he was very very lucky to have them, all three.

That's really cool to see. Looking forward to seeing Watt in the UK next month.

Reading Watt's tour diary and seems he's dedicating every gig to 'Scotty-san'.
